Pinnacle did a first class job for me installing a new bathroom. From start to finish the communication was excellent. Texts to Jonny were usually answered in minutes, and always by the end of the day. Even though they quoted in October for a job that began in April, the work started exactly on time. They were thoughtful about our original design, making helpful suggestions that resulted in a much better layout. Nothing was too much trouble, and they did not even charge us for a bunch of other jobs we asked them to do whilst we had their expertise on hand. Professional yet friendly, we trusted them enough to go holiday for a week during installation. Inevitably in such a big job there were hiccups but they were resolved very quickly. I’ve already askedThem to install our new kitchen.

Our power shower developed a fault 2 days ago, so a friend recommended Pinnacle Plumbing, and despite it being a Sunday, there was a prompt response to say that they would be in touch on Monday, as they wanted to check on parts availability (new pump/shower), due to the age of the faulty pump.I'm pleased to say that Sam visited this morning (Tuesday) and replaced the necessary parts, and the family is clean again.Excellent service and I would definitely recommend Pinnacle Plumbing.

Professional, friendly and truly went the extra mile for me as the job turned out to be not as simple as it was supposed to be due to bad installation of whoever done it originally before we bought our home.
