We had family emergency with our sewer and we called them rt away they was there and came look at the problem well the problem was even worse then we was hoping for we had to cut three trees down our sewer pipe was in the tree root mess and rt away they stood by our side till the end and they got us back up and flowing they are amazing people and Aaron stand up tech went way above and beyond for our family thank you all always be a part of our family for everything you all did for us!!! We had an excellent experience. After reporting our issue, someone quickly came out to see what was going on. Kaleb was thorough with checking out our system, explaining what he was doing and what the issue was. Communicated well about what needed ordered and how long he would need once it came in. After our system shut down, I reached out to the company on a weekend in hopes to just leave a message with what happened in waiting for the part but quickly heard back from them within an hour or so giving an update as to when the part comes in and scheduled an appointment! I was so surprised that they communicated so well on a weekend! They communicated well when scheduling our appointments, and letting us know when the tech was on the way. Will recommend to anyone in need and will continue to use in the future.

I am stingy with my 5 star ratings because they usually come back to bite me but I feel confident giving one to caporuscio plumbing and heating . Because of the technician they sent to clean our furnace.Kaleb and Luke were punctual , polite, personable and knowledgeable about cleaning my Weil McClain boiler a furnace that not every company has the know how to service . There parents can be proud of them and it shows that they were raised with a good work ethic. Today our HVAC was serviced by two polite young men from Caporuscio, the elder of whom had been here before. Both were went about their work after a friendly exchange. They did the maintenance in a reasonable time and charged a reasonable price. I trust Caporuscio to keep this system working well throughout its lifespan. I have entrusted my HVAC needs to Caporuscio through two houses needing new furnaces, central air conditioning installation, duct cleaning and a few plumbing issues. Worked two days at my place. The end of the first day they left the door wide open for my pets to get out and left unannounced. The 2nd day i woke up and they were in my basement already. They said they didn’t knock because “the door was unlocked” and just walked in. Never had anyone just let themselves in to my home.Then after all of this, they left the 2nd day and left an invoice it was fixed. Used the washing machine and now my whole basement is flooded. They actually left it worse than before. They didn’t warn of the broken system at all, they left a 900$ bill that said the job is complete and left. The most unprofessional experience i’ve had with any home repairs. They actually charged me 900$, left my pets out one day, broke in the next and the then broke the pipe more without saying anything. Now my basement is flooded and i lost several hundred dollars of my possessions from the water.

Greg and Tanya have been helping us with our 100-year-old Juniata house for five years, starting with new HVAC system in 2019. Their work is always superb -- no shortcuts or half-baked work results. Whether the job is small or big, it gets high-level professional attention.Yesterday's project was a new kitchen sink to continue our gradual update of a 1990s kitchen. Greg took out the old stainless-steel sink, adjusted the plumbing under the sink and put in a totally modern black granite-composite sink with truly-practical industrial-style faucet. I bought sink and faucet from Amazon, pleased when Greg announced they were high quality.That change draws the eye away from the outdated cabinets (cannot afford to change them) and also gives us a more practical sink-style. We had Caporuscio plumbing do a concrete driveway job for us. That's right, they also have a concrete department. Bob Larderi is the concrete foreman. During our first of two pours, a unexpected thunderstorm stopped the job 3/4 in for two hours. This affected the finish of the concrete. The 2nd went perfectly. When we noticed a issue, we called Caporuscio, Mr Larderi came right over, he wasn't happy with the first pour. He came back and ripped the whole driveway out and redid the whole job. We're very impressed and happy with the job we got from Caporuscio. It really improved the curb appeal of our home.

Caporuscio's has been my HVAC and plumbing team since I moved to Altoona in 2021. I have had EXCELLENT service including installing new AC, furnace maintenance, clogged external sewer line, duct cleaning, moving plumbing, and gas hookups for the washer and gas dryer. They have been courteous, kind, on time, efficient, respectful of my home, and friendly office staff. They came the same day for repairs and scheduled the maintenance and installation within a week or two of my request. During my furnace cleaning this summer, the tech found water in the bottom of the furnace due to a clogged drain. He cleared the clog and realigned the piping to the drain. Problem solved and no extra charge. Estimates on work were spot on. I am loyal to Caporuscio's because they are loyal to me. Highly recommend.
