Later in the day, our son Dillon came home from football practice to mow the yard, and we asked him to let us know if it was still running. He quickly diagnosed that the blower motor had failed, and we got incredibly lucky—he happened to have the exact replacement motor in his van! Bought a house. A week later the air conditioning went out. Hanna was there. Added the unit and made sure it was up and running. Hanna stopped by a day later to access the overall issue and provide a rough estimate. He had all my A/C parts (inside & outside) preordered and delivered to my house (well in advance). He and his team showed up as promised on time. They finished the entire job in less than 4 hours. Hanna himself never left the job site until it was entirely completed. He and his team cleaned up the entire job site before they left. I have had no issues with my A/C since. I had already done my homework and his solution and price were all in the range I expected, therefore I feel there was no over-charge nor up selling attempted.
