A great experience. The technician showed up in clean clothes with a clean work van that was well organized in the back. Several other companies had been out and only offered either bandaids or recommended entire new HVAC systems to be installed. Not only was the system fixed but the previous "repairs" were fixed also. Raffoul Heating & Air will be our go-to for us our family.

We cannot recommend Hanna at Raffoul Heating & Air, LLC enough! This morning I left for work and noticed our AC was making some really loud, unusual noises. Later in the day, our son Dillon came home from football practice to mow the yard, and we asked him to let us know if it was still running. He sent us videos of the terrible sounds coming from the unit, so I immediately called Hanna.Even though it was already evening, Hanna came out the same day. He quickly diagnosed that the blower motor had failed, and we got incredibly lucky—he happened to have the exact replacement motor in his van! He replaced it on the spot, and before long our house was cooling down again.Hanna is knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and truly cares about his customers. It’s rare to find someone who provides this level of service and professionalism. We are so grateful for his quick response and expertise. If you need HVAC service, don’t hesitate to call Raffoul Heating & Air, LLC. Thank you again, Hanna!

My AC went out during one of the hottest days of the summer, and I needed it fixed fast. Before calling Raffoul Heating and Air. I got a quote from another well known company for a install and they wanted $20,000. Which is way too high. When I looked into their reviews afterward, I saw a lot of complaints about pricing and service.Raffoul Heating and Air, on the other hand, gave me a fair, honest price for the same job.The owner was professional, showed up on time, and worked efficiently to get everything installed and running smoothly. He explained the whole process clearly. It's rare to find a company like this in todays day and age. Raffoul Heating and Air earned my trust and my business, and I'll be calling them for any future heating and AC needs.Highly recommend Raffoul Heating and Air if you want reliability and trust.

Raffoul Heating and Air presented a competitive quote for a top brand HVAC system and made several cost saving suggestions. The installers showed up as scheduled and completed installation in one day. They were courteous, cordial and task oriented. I’m glad my neighbor recommended Hanna Raffoul’s company and I add my recommendation too.

Raffoul Heating & Air is quick and reliable. They came out and fixed my problem. Then I called back months later and asked them to install a new furnace. It was done quickly and much cheaper than another quote I had. I will continue using them. I would definitely recommend them to anybody needing honest HVAC service.

Bought a house. A week later the air conditioning went out. Hanna was there. Added the unit and made sure it was up and running. As I was doing a total renovation (Rustic Home Improvement) (Necolas) the doors were open a lot. It caused a freeze over. Hanna came back over, inspected everything and made sure we were all good. A very kind man who values his business. There is no way you will not respect him or like him. He is just that kind of man!!!

Mr. Raffoul was recommended to us by multiple neighbors. Got out to us quickly when our AC went down. Resurrected our ancient system. Saved us from needing to buy a new system!

Hanna Raffoul was recommended to me by my financial manager for HVAC work. I called Hanna and explained my A/C issue. Hanna stopped by a day later to access the overall issue and provide a rough estimate. He had all my A/C parts (inside & outside) preordered and delivered to my house (well in advance). He and his team showed up as promised on time. They finished the entire job in less than 4 hours. Hanna himself never left the job site until it was entirely completed. He and his team cleaned up the entire job site before they left. I have had no issues with my A/C since. Overall, he was very professional and very easy to work with. The estimate and invoice were fairly priced and affordable. I had already done my homework and his solution and price were all in the range I expected, therefore I feel there was no over-charge nor up selling attempted. These are the qualities I observed and experienced about his professionalism over the entire engagement: professional communications, reliable, responsive, prompt and punctual, excellent work ethic, fast, efficient, and effective, high-quality work, well organized, and thorough. These are the qualities I observed and experienced about Hanna himself: caring, respectful, genuinely friendly, and informative. He took the time to answer all my questions.I would easily and highly recommend Hanna Raffoul for any of your HVAC work. He will always be my first call going forward. I would be hard-pressed to find anyone better.

Our air conditioner went out on Friday morning. I called Hanna Raffoul and not only did he diagnose the issue quickly, but explained our options clearly, and provided warnings about future product changes as well. He replaced our unit at a fair cost, was friendly, respectful, and it didn’t take long at all. I am sure my heater will need to be replaced at some point in the future, and I will definitely call Raffoul when that happens!

Recently our 7 year old heat pump went out. We had 3 companies come out and they all quoted us with the same 3 ton Bosch system. Out of the three companies we chose to go with Raffoul Heating and Air. Hanna the owner was personable, trustworthy and honest. He didn’t try to upsale us and was able to get us the same system as the others at a great value. Thanks to Hanna and his team our house is cool and comfortable again. I highly recommend you check this family owned business out for all of your HVAC needs.
