I called Plumb air due to my water heater leaking into my basement. I luckily talked to Steve, who was very professional and very helpful. Gave me recommendations on replacing my hot water heater. Once we went over my options, I bought my water heater and Steve had a quick response time in an emergency situation and installed it. Once again, I had what I called an emergency: a bad garbage disposal that was clogging our kitchen sink. They spoke with me on the phone, diagnosed it as a bad disposal, and gave me the option to go out and buy a replacement on my own, even telling me exactly what I needed to get.
