On May 8th, 2026 the Long Life team of 4 men, Sayat, Duncan, Dylan and Adrien, installed 4 replacement windows upstairs in my townhouse. Three in the master bedroom (bay window) and one on the stair landing. They arrived on time, worked seamlessly inside the house and outside tackling the small tight spaces with ease. They repainted where necessary. There was no mess of any sort when they left. I love the new windows with screens on the outside, easy to open/close, and a safety lock in the open position. I look forward to having 7 more installed in the near future. Great job!

We had put our window replacement project on hold for a few years. When we went to market for budgeting and recommendations Long Life was a name that popped up with a few of our neighbors. Doing our due diligence we included Long Life in our appointments. Kris the owner came and walked through the home and gave recommendations and clarified the scope and what was needed and or wanted.One of the things that stuck out for Long Life was that he had a local crew in North Van and his biggest asset was his installation crew... keeping them at a living wage was his strength.We received all quotes and they were in that competitive range. Kris followed up with me and we started talking about what his staff would do and what is included. I was looking for the most turnkey solution of not having to paint or trim or extra work.I ended up going with Long life because Kris really believed that his installation crew was a difference. Lo and Behold I happened to know the lead from N van days and honestly Josh and crew were top tier and took care of everything and anything. We just had all the windows replaced on our large 1911 home by Long Life. The windows look amazing and the instal went very smoothly. Stuart and his crew are nice guys and very skilled at their craft. Kris and the office team were also great during the quote process. We are repeat customers - Long Life did all the windows in our previous house (a big 1905 house). They did a great job then so I didn’t hesitate to contact them again. Also love that they are a local family run business and that the Vinyltek windows they use are Canadian made.

We had a great experience with Long Life Windows. Other vendors tried to steer us away from Vinyltek and inserts, but we wanted to preserve the original frames and exterior look from 1961. The results are excellent, with clear improvements inside and out, plus impressive soundproofing and temperature control. We highly recommend Long Life for your window needs.

Highly recommended. We have used them now on 3 projects with 3 different crews and the crews and outcomes are fantastic!They listened and adjusted their approach so that we could see more window and less frame.Their install team was fantastic. Left the place cleaner than when they arrived and most importantly did a precise and excellent finishing job - even the caulking was great and not just smeared everywhere like many people do.We talked to other window companies and they said that I would need to patch the drywall surrounds afterwards but the long life team were so accurate that nothing was required of me.Note this is a genuine review, I'm not an employee or financially or socially related to Long Life.

Seamless procedure for start to finish! Great to have Long Life take care of everything. They measured the windows perfectly to not affect the existing drywall. No additional repair work needed. Beautifully caulked on the inside and their trim work outside was flawless. Had I known it would be this easy I would have had the windows replaced years ago! Has added much warmth to our home.
