Unlike other companies we reviewed, they did not try to oversell us products that we did not need plus they offered the best warranty. Their company also offered the widest range of window styles which meant we could replace our windows but keep our original shutters which saved us a lot of money. They took care of every step of the installation process from start to finish without any unexpected extra costs. We could not ask more from their work crew. We recently had Long Life Windows & Doors replace 14 windows and 2 sliding doors on the south side of our house, along with a new custom front door, and we’re very pleased with the entire experience.From the initial quote to the measurements and installation, everything went smoothly. The windows and sliding doors arrived ahead of schedule, and the installation crew was organized, efficient, and completed the work in just 2½ days. Our front door took a little longer since it was custom made, but it was well worth the wait. They sent one of their most experienced installers, and the craftsmanship was excellent.Everything looks great and works perfectly. The biggest surprise has been how much cooler the house feels. The south side of our home used to get very hot, and our AC struggled to keep up. Now it has no problem maintaining a comfortable temperature.Overall, we’re very happy with the quality of the products, the installation, and the entire experience. I would definitely recommend Long Life Windows & Doors.

Great small company to work with in all respects for both door and windows. Quality products and service. Several examples to show that they care for customers and quality work. After the quote and as they were measuring pre-build they found wood on the outside of the window that needed to be repaired and they did that for no extra charge. Installation was smooth and quicker than anticipated and they stayed till we got home to go over the work. I would recommend highly.

On May 8th, 2026 the Long Life team of 4 men, Sayat, Duncan, Dylan and Adrien, installed 4 replacement windows upstairs in my townhouse. Three in the master bedroom (bay window) and one on the stair landing. They arrived on time, worked seamlessly inside the house and outside tackling the small tight spaces with ease. They repainted where necessary. There was no mess of any sort when they left. I love the new windows with screens on the outside, easy to open/close, and a safety lock in the open position. I look forward to having 7 more installed in the near future. Great job!

We had put our window replacement project on hold for a few years. When we went to market for budgeting and recommendations Long Life was a name that popped up with a few of our neighbors. Doing our due diligence we included Long Life in our appointments. Kris the owner came and walked through the home and gave recommendations and clarified the scope and what was needed and or wanted.One of the things that stuck out for Long Life was that he had a local crew in North Van and his biggest asset was his installation crew... keeping them at a living wage was his strength.We received all quotes and they were in that competitive range. Kris followed up with me and we started talking about what his staff would do and what is included. I was looking for the most turnkey solution of not having to paint or trim or extra work.I ended up going with Long life because Kris really believed that his installation crew was a difference. Lo and Behold I happened to know the lead from N van days and honestly Josh and crew were top tier and took care of everything and anything. We just had all the windows replaced on our large 1911 home by Long Life. The windows look amazing and the instal went very smoothly. Stuart and his crew are nice guys and very skilled at their craft. Kris and the office team were also great during the quote process. We are repeat customers - Long Life did all the windows in our previous house (a big 1905 house). They did a great job then so I didn’t hesitate to contact them again. Also love that they are a local family run business and that the Vinyltek windows they use are Canadian made.
