We had Long Life replace the windows and sliding door on the main floor of our home last October we couldn’t be happier with the experience! We had a few different companies come out to provide quotes, and Chris from Long Life Windows really stood out. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and took the time to walk us through several different options. From the office staff to the installation crew, the entire experience was excellent. Our home is located on a ravine, has extremely high ceilings and very large windows, so the installation was no easy task. It is clear that beyond the quality of his products, his team is extremely professional and experienced with difficult installations. We’ve already been recommending Long Life Windows to anyone who asks us if we know a good window company, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others. We still have more windows to replace this coming year, and we will absolutely be using Long Life Windows again.

I can’t recommend Long Life Windows & Doors enough. The team replaced all of the windows on the lower floor of our home today (My half of the house), starting at 8:00 AM and finishing by 2:30 PM. I was really impressed with how efficient and organized they were from start to finish.Everyone on the crew was professional, friendly, and respectful of our home. They worked hard, kept everything clean throughout the day, and did an excellent job with the cleanup afterward. If you hadn't seen them working, you wouldn't even know they had been there. The new windows look absolutely fantastic now that they’re installed! They’ve made such a noticeable difference to the look and feel of the house. On top of looking amazing, the house is already noticeably quieter and warmer, which makes the upgrade even more worthwhile. I couldn’t be happier with the results! It's refreshing to work with a company that takes so much pride in their work and genuinely cares about the customer experience. The whole process was smooth, stress-free, and exceeded our expectations. If you're considering new windows or doors, I would highly recommend Long Life Windows & Doors. Thanks again to the entire team for the great work and excellent service.

The installation crew of Long Life Windows were not just good, they were exceptional. They were professional, polite, hardworking and fun. They stayed on the job until it was completed.(five days).A few small issues were handled quickly and well by the office and crew. Sean, Josh and their guys made sure everything was done to our satisfaction and never left anything incomplete. They showed up early and left late and always cleaned up. Any issues they had with our very old house they fixed without being asked.I would highly recommend this company - 6 out of 5 stars!

We had all our windows in our townhouse installed by Long Life last week, 21 in total including 3 patio doors. The crew was very professional in terms of work ethic, cleanliness, knowledge, and experience. Peter was the foreman and explained the daily process clearly. This was a significant investment, but well worth the cost as there is a very noticeable upgrade in heat control and quietness. We really couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. Top quality product and installation!

Long Life Windows & Doors took on a large project at our house, replacing and installing windows and doors on two levels -- over 20 windows and three doors. Excellent and rapid communication, accomodating and proactive with any questions or changes to the plan, and a timeline that was faster than anything I had expected. The installation was stress free, with the crew working around our schedule. Each day ended with an entirely new look to the rooms they worked on. A nice presentWe're pleased with the results and couldn't recommend them more.

Excellent experience with Long Life Windows and Doors. The entire crew was professional, efficient, and hardworking. Josh and Corey especially went above and beyond with on-the-spot problem solving, answered all my questions, and provided great feedback throughout the installation.I’ve dealt with many contractors over the years, and this crew really stood out for their efficiency and attention to detail. We just finished having 27 windows installed over four days and would highly recommend Long Life Windows. The quote was straight forward and fair when compared to other quotes we received. Besides the window replacement the quote included items such as newly painted and installed trim as well as removing and putting back up the numerous blinds we have in the house. Checking references from other installations in the area solidified our decision to go with Long Life. The installation was very well organized and the site kept exceptionally clean. Care was taken not to damage or dirty anything in the interior; Tarps were regularly laid down to protect the hardwood and carpeting in the house. The windows frames themselves were well sealed reducing chances of draft and/or water incursion. The trim received a final coat of paint to finish off any minor repairs. We are exceptionally happy with the results and have already noticed some unexpected benefits of replacing our aging windows.

Our corner window decided it wanted to become an indoor water feature, so we called Long Life Windows. Josh and his crew came in, evicted the leak, installed a beautiful new window, and somehow left the place cleaner than when they arrived.Great communication, quality workmanship, and some nice lads.

No pressure sales. Great communication. Quality installation. Beautiful, thermally efficient windows

Long Life windows are top quality and their installation is superb. We had Vinyltek windows installed 20 years ago and they still work perfectly well today, and the no extra cost lifetime warranty is still in effect. Highly recommend for worry free operation!

Excellence from Start to FinishWe could not be more pleased with the quality of our new Vinyltek windows and the professional workmanship of Long Life. After reviewing other companies, we decided that Long Life was the best choice for us. Unlike other companies we reviewed, they did not try to oversell us products that we did not need plus they offered the best warranty. Their company also offered the widest range of window styles which meant we could replace our windows but keep our original shutters which saved us a lot of money. They took care of every step of the installation process from start to finish without any unexpected extra costs. We could not ask more from their work crew. They took pride in their job, demonstrated experienced professional workmanship, kept a clean and safe worksite; they were also friendly and polite plus they showed up on time and finished on time. We felt confident when we made the decision to work with Long Life and now that the job is completed, we know firsthand why they are rated as a five-star company. Our new windows look great, and we have already noticed that our home is cooler on hot sunny days.
