We had a break in the pipe that went to the main sewer line. They came out when they said, on time. Everything went like clockwork from cutting cement, excavating and replacing the pipe to filling everything in. Charged the quoted price and did it in extreme cold weather. I have used Thompson plumbing for multiple times in the last 20 years. They have installed a backwater valve and sump pump system in my basement. Also a sump pump and drain tile system in both buildings of my apartment complex crawl space along with a sewer service repair at my daughters home. They have also preformed a number of minor plumbing repairs for me also. They are very knowledgeable, punctual and their charges for work preformed are reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who need any type of plumbing work preformed.
