I have to give credit where credit is due. We all hear about bad experiences with various contractors and nightmare installation. This is the opposite of that. What GREAT company from start to finish. Started with a competitive estimate the day after I contacted them. Scope of work clearly stated on it as well as being thoroughly explained to me what would be done. Install was completed in less than 4 hours, system works flawlessly, completely cleaned up all the mess and took it away. Plus an excellent warranty. If you need air conditioning work done, this family business I highly recommend. Thank you Bill and Rubecca for making this such an effortless project.

When your A/C fails in the middle of a hot AZ summer, life gets interesting. Our old system was shot. Completely stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. The band aid fixes weren’t working anymore. Called countless HVAC companies and was getting nowhere (while sweating profusely). Home warranty was no help either. Worlock came to our rescue. Prompt response, quick action to help us, and all around awesome people. Needed a whole new system….long overdue. They got it done FAST. Can’t thank you enough Rubecca, Bill, and team!

Kudos to Bill Worlock for coming out on a 115 degree day to fix the A/C system of my neighbor. He diagnosed the issue in a matter of minutes and the A/C was up and running shortly thereafter. As a Realtor, I will gladly refer him to my clients.

We were w/ out AC since midnight w/ a high of 115 expected on a Saturday.Called at 830, Bill was here before 1030. After an hour had our unit running again!Can not thank u enough for your excellent work!!
