I highly recommend this book! Jules has an exceptionally unique way to connect with people and help them identify, understand, and work through their emotions, problems, etc. Her "Ahhh Method", described in this book, is unique and very effective! She takes the reader through the steps and provides space to write down their own personal experiences. This allows the book to be more of a constant companion and not just a book to read and put on the shelf.

Jules is a fantastic lecturer and writer! This clearly written “how to” captures the essence of Emotional Intelligence with the “Aaaaah, Miracles” method! I have used it often when I’m problems solving & staying positive!

When I i first heard of this book I was excited. I know the power that Jules de Jesus Fritz can have in the Spiritual Realm. So when she wrote this book I wanted to not only support her but define my own miracles that she sees every day. And with it I turned to it often, and it shows me how to find miracles in some of the darkest places. It takes practice, but I have to confess that I have not picked this book up regularly like I should. But I know it's here when i'm at my worst. I like the way Jules starts with section one on the overview and the things to know. It gives you the tools that are needed for self care. In the second section she outlines the method that she's created with easy to read and understand steps that can be repeated at leisure. There's no need to write in the book. You can do this in your journal.That's the beauty of it! But if course you can write in your book. In section 3, she offers exercises in ways to write your journal entries with prompts that inspire the words to come out of your thoughts as well as feelings only to reveal inspired outcomes. (Thoughts + Feelings = Outcomes <== see what it is there? SPOILER ALERT! 😉🫶🏽)I highly recommend this book for anyone who would like a truncated Course in Miracles, from someone who is dedicated to helping anyone find they're inner strength through Love and Spirit. *Side note:* This is not a religious book by any means. And it's not a "self help" book. It's more like a 'self realization' book. It's a time for 'self care' book. It's an 'AHA!' book. It's a 'self love' book. So do yourself a favor and go love yourself. ❤️

I love this book! I’ve been a life long journal keeper and it is a big part of my spiritual practice. This book provides space to really journal and write out your thoughts etc. Jules does a fantastic job with key prompts and thoughtful, creative ideas to get you thinking, writing, working. A standout in the book was how Jules examined and connected the lyrics to the song Personal Jesus by Depeche Mode. The song captures how she feels about prayer. So good! This book will give you a valuable and practical no nonsense overview of your old operating system and give you “recipes” to go beyond your thoughts and default patterns. I LOVE THIS BOOK! It is broken into 3 parts that break down a method for helping to calm yourself, and then has worksheet and journal pages at the back. If you really work the method, the payoff in terms of peace and the ability to be present are immeasurable. I have also attended her workshops where she teaches from the book and sooo many people struggle with the stories in their minds. It’s like an invisible plague that is eating away at our happiness. Jules remind us how to take that power back and insert tidbits of joy and positive affirmation in moments of despair and overwhelm. Get this book and USE it, it will change how you think in a really great way.
