This is hotel style independent living at it's finest. Everything is provided except for the booze. While the HOA fees may seem, at first glance, expensive, it includes so much of one's daily needs such as restaurant dining, housekeeping, electricity, laundry and trash removal. It includes social events such as films, live performances, clubs, happy hours, game room, library and meeting rooms. Residents receive all this plus the increased interactions with neighbors, compared with living in single homes. In addition, there is private bus service which takes people to shops and through Laguna Woods Village. Finally, the administration and management here is amazing. The service is so caring, helpful and friendly.

So far it’s been great. People have all been pretty friendly and so have the staff at the restaurants, housekeeping, maintenance and security.
