David came and visited the house and gave me a quote for doing the job required. I was happy with the quote and booked him to do the job. He completed it in the time that he said it would take and it has been done to a very high standard. All the rubbish was cleared from the house and it was left in a clean and tidy state so I could replace the furniture with no problems. Brilliant job and I’d highly recommend using them.

This is the second time I have used L&D Designs and highly recommend. The job was carried out whilst i was away, no fuss, no drama. I had a macerator replaced in one of the bedrooms, the whole process from consultation to execution was seamless, David is easy to talk to, happy to clarify and very reasonably priced. I will be using monthly for an array of jibs around the house

Fenland area:David has completed about 3 different jobs that were a combination of both small and large.Firstly, very reasonably priced, excellent communications, and arrives on time. The quotation is professional and a good old fashioned hardcopy quote rather than in a text as many businesses seem to operate today. I prefer traditional methods as it presents faith in that business.Major jobs completed:Leak where an old boiler flue existed. During rain in the direction of the house, rain would literally run down the wall because the gas company I used at the time, stuffed a bin bag between the two vents. Anyway, David removed the indoor vent, bin bag etc, sealed the external vent (I already have a kitchen electric vent) and made good the internal area.Exterior brickwork: RepointingOld patio door: Externally and internally resealed to stop the drafts and below the the base ledge as water trickled in.Windows and doors:My windows and door are about 30 years old and very drafty. David removed the old brittle seals and replaced them and now, even though September, on gusty days, no more drafts. I live by the open fields too.Interior windows and ledges resealed ready for decorating and look so much betterTapo CCTV:I purchased 2 cameras and David installed these and showed me how to set up on my mobile.Other jobs:Exterior solar lightsHooksHidden shelving as my cupboard beneath my kitchen sink is a narrow cupboard door and the rest I cannot access.GroutingThere is bound to be other jobs I have not mentioned. And there will be more with the jobs I cannot (or daren't) do myself.I want to say this too ... I am female and it has been always hard to find someone who does not take advantage of you. David is someone you can trust.
