I first met Chris at a Spiritual Wellbeing festival back in 2024- back then I was convinced I had done all the healing work I needed to do on myself and that I didn’t need any further help. But this meeting awakened something deeper in my soul and I realised I needed a lot more help than I cared to admit. On the path to self-healing, I realised that the trauma I had experienced throughout my life was stunting my growth. I was extremely stuck and had very little belief in myself or my abilities. Professionally I had always wanted to be a big-time photographer, I also dreamed of having a life different to what I had always attracted before. Working with Chris was quite the journey for me, I worked with him on two separate occasions. Chris helped me release the need to be accepted by everyone else, I was finally able to accept myself and learn to love the woman I am today. He helped me remember the lessons I had previously learnt about finding light in my darkness which then led to me developing a passion for my art again, this time I could allow myself to be free and follow my heart rather than the crowds Since then, my life has become very different, I was recently published in an American magazine, I hosted my first solo photography exhibition and am now being offered paid work with my photography I will always be very grateful for meeting Chris and the therapy he did with me. It is a blessing to be able to call him my friend I highly recommend him and his services to anyone seeking help. Thank you Chris!

Chris is one of the most amazing, kind, helpful people you will ever meet. I contemplated hypnotherapy as I was nervous and unsure of what to expect, but as soon as I had the consultation I knew I was in good hands and looked forward to the future sessions. Chris made me understand myself more, understand my struggles and also highlighted things about myself that I didn’t even realise were there. I needed help with my bad eating habits as I felt I was stuck in a rut & at breaking point- I was so so fed up. But a few sessions in with Chris, I felt happy, improved, motivated and positive. And even more so after the full 10 sessions. I feel like a new person with my new mindset, I no longer have the deafening food noise and negative habits with food. The time I spent with Chris was pivotal to my life changing forever. I was in a state of constant firefighting with my own wants/needs and health firmly at the bottom of the pile. For me to ever have any time to call my own I would book a day off work and not tell my family, resulting in feelings of overwhelming guilt. Following my sessions I began to be able to tackle the overwhelming guilt/anxiety/panic that I felt daily and understand why I didn’t value myself at all. I am now 10 stone lighter, physically, emotionally and mentally. I feel I am finally living my life, not just surviving. My relationship with my family is stronger and healthier than it ever has been, I have implemented necessary and healthy boundaries meaning everyone is happier. My reiki master 'one to one' attunement with Chris was amazing. i thoroughly enjoyed it! The half day session was a fabulous fusion of shamanic journeying, cacao, sound healing, light language, attunement and guidance/teachings and information from Chris and my guides. I was stuck fixating on a difficult relationship that was draining my energy, and had limiting self beliefs that had been holding me back for years. I was recommended the 8 week hypnotherapy program by a friend and I'm so glad I made the investment! Chris understood and validated my experience in our initial call, which after a lifetime of gaslighting was such a relief! During the sessions he held space in a calm and confident way that made me feel safe and supported in accessing the memories that held the trauma. His expert guidance allowed me to get to the root of my issues and dissolve them. I noticed many positive effects immediately after the sessions which was wonderful.
