I had the best experience at Crossfit Flat White! I was welcomed from the moment I walked in. The positive and inclusive atmosphere made me feel right at home, even as a newcomer. The coaches, Cas and San, are exceptional. Their dedication to helping others reach their fitness goals is truly inspiring. Throughout each workout, they were eager to provide guidance and support, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. If you're looking for a welcoming and motivating environment to pursue your fitness journey, I highly recommend Crossfit Flat White. San and Cas will go above and beyond to help you achieve your fitness goals. The gym and its coaches are phenomenal! I cannot speak highly enough of them!

If you're considering working out at 'Flat White CrossFit,' I wholeheartedly recommend it. Language barriers, concerns about not being good at exercise, or feeling overweight should not hold you back because they are not a problem at all. Let me share my experience with you. I am not fluent in English, and I have a shy personality and struggle with weight issues. However, driven by a desire to challenge myself and try exercising, I set aside my worries and visited 'Flat White CrossFit.' The coaches were incredibly kind and attentive to someone like me who had difficulty with English. They took the time to explain things to me in a patient and simple manner, making sure I understood. If I had any questions or areas where I needed assistance, they would approach me first, demonstrate slowly, and provide the help I needed. All the coaches demonstrated a high level of skill and expertise. They never avoided answering any of my questions, even though I had no prior experience. Instead of demanding difficult movements from someone like me who was not accustomed to regular exercise, they set goals that were suitable for my level and encouraged me not to give up. Not only the coaches but also the fellow workout enthusiasts were mostly friendly and enjoyable individuals. Unfortunately, I had to move to a different area, and I can no longer continue exercising at 'Flat White CrossFit.' I would like to give it a perfect 10 out of 10, but sadly, I can only give it 5 stars. Lastly, to those who are hesitant, I wholeheartedly recommend this gym!

An absolutely amazing gym experience, whether you are a beginner just embarking on a fitness journey and intermediate athlete Looking to step up your game or someone advanced. Looking for a great fully equipped gym to train at, look no further. The coaching staff are amazing, the programming is easy to follow, detailed and suits every level and every experience. For those who want to get some extra training in, the gym offers amazing out of hours access for members in a great location, just back from the Parramatta River in roads. The equipment is modern, well maintained and the gym boasts an impressive amount of floor space, along with free and ample off street parking. Very well priced for a CrossFit gym, which as many people might know is always a sticking point! Whether you are a local or would need to travel, look no further than flat white.

Amazing and purposeful programming, attentive coaches and a supportive vibe. If you're a beginner, this is the place to learn about Crossfit. if you've done Crossfit, this is the place to take it to the next level. I've broken multiple PBs and improved my technique since coming here!
