If you're considering working out at 'Flat White CrossFit,' I wholeheartedly recommend it. Language barriers, concerns about not being good at exercise, or feeling overweight should not hold you back because they are not a problem at all. Let me share my experience with you. I am not fluent in English, and I have a shy personality and struggle with weight issues. However, driven by a desire to challenge myself and try exercising, I set aside my worries and visited 'Flat White CrossFit.' The coaches were incredibly kind and attentive to someone like me who had difficulty with English. They took the time to explain things to me in a patient and simple manner, making sure I understood. If I had any questions or areas where I needed assistance, they would approach me first, demonstrate slowly, and provide the help I needed. All the coaches demonstrated a high level of skill and expertise. They never avoided answering any of my questions, even though I had no prior experience. Instead of demanding difficult movements from someone like me who was not accustomed to regular exercise, they set goals that were suitable for my level and encouraged me not to give up. Not only the coaches but also the fellow workout enthusiasts were mostly friendly and enjoyable individuals. Unfortunately, I had to move to a different area, and I can no longer continue exercising at 'Flat White CrossFit.' I would like to give it a perfect 10 out of 10, but sadly, I can only give it 5 stars. Lastly, to those who are hesitant, I wholeheartedly recommend this gym!
