Bros Roofing is FABULOUS! They replaced our roof and did a great job. The entire staff was professional, courteous and organized. Their bid was clear and detailed. The price was fair. Their workmanship was excellent. They communicated with us during every step of the job. Their office manager Keri was super helpful and nice. Their estimator Chad was very thorough and honest. The project manager JW was very detailed and made sure everything was perfect. The guys did top quality work and got the job done ahead of schedule. They even cleaned out our gutters and left the job site spotless. They provide a 10-year transferable warranty on their work plus the warranty on the shingles. They gave us photos of each step of the job. We were realtors for 25+ years and have dealt with a lot of roofers. Bros provided better prices than we were hearing from our neighbors that had roof replacement after the June 2025 hail storm. Extra services were nice for new gutters and prep of the facia before gutters went on. Quality install and they are a local company and not a company here for the disaster and then gone.

We had a great experience working with Bros! They gave us a very fair bid, and didn't even ask to look at our insurance, claim, unlike other companies trying to get the biggest payout they could. Bros was very good about allowing up to substitute/upgrade materials, and I would highly recommend using them!
