⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 — Highly Recommend!I wanted to give this shop a huge shout-out! I messaged several shops around town about getting tint done on my Tesla Model Y, and these guys impressed me from the very beginning. The kindness, customer service, and amount of information they gave me about all the different tint options really stood out. They took the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and never made me feel rushed.I also spent quite a while just chatting with the owner and employees, and they were an awesome, fun group of people. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work.I would recommend these guys 1000%! I’m already going to talk to the lovely wife and see if I can get the green light for some PPF on the Model Y next. 😂 I have no doubt they’ll do a rockstar job on that too.Great work, great people, and an all-around awesome experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Russ gave us a good deal on the tint for our car. They put the tint on so fast, they had it done by the time we walked to Moore's and back for lunch. Clean job with no issues. I'm glad he took the time to explain all the options. We will be back for other tint jobs.

I went in for a back window tint because my window was shattered so I previously had tint on my windows from a different company. While I was there, I got my headlights restored. And it was the most best experience ever. My headlights look amazing! My back window looks better than it did before! I totally would recommend black optix tint!

After calling around to several tint shops, I kept hearing the same thing: "Leave your car with us and we'll get to it in a day or two." That wasn't going to work for us, so we gave Black Optix a call. Russell was incredibly helpful from the start, answered all our questions, and got us scheduled quickly. What really impressed us was the turnaround time. They took our vehicle in and had the entire job completed in less than two hours, start to finish. The tint looks fantastic, the workmanship is clean and professional, and we didn't have to be without our car for days. Great customer service, great communication, and great results. If you're looking for window tint in the Ogden/West Haven area, these guys are definitely worth checking out.

Russ and his team did a full color wrap on my car at their West Haven shop. My Hyundai Santa Fe had serious discoloration and I was embarrassed to drive it... Now I feel like I have a brand new car! I am THRILLED with the result. Ill be taking any vehicles back to these guys for tinting, detailing, and color wraps. highly recommend. Thanks guys!
