The programming is the main reason to go to bulldog. Most CrossFit gyms have a very simple program per day. Usually it’s strength and then a short 5-10 min metcon. For me, I’m looking for a harder more challenging workout and this cf box provides it. Along with a strong group of members who come to most every class. 5am offers a herowod on tuesdays chosen by coach Elisa, Saturdays are like a power hour with unique workouts from coach Noah, grueling emoms and metcons that you have a hard time finishing. Sundays come in for oly in the morning and work on your lifts, one at a time. Then hit sunday funday, a full hour to finish a hard workout, dreamt up by a few of bulldogs coaches. If you’re looking to get fit, there’s plenty of options.
