I highly recommend Heavens Best Carpet & Upholstery cleaners, this was my second experience -the first a housemates elderly cat turned my seldom used formal dining room into a cat box! The smell was intolerable! Travis of Heavens Best promised perfection and he worked tirelessly two hours with a special urine product and he delivered as promised. The second experience yesterday the same elderly cat peed all over a new Costco mattress which I spent two days treating with 30% vinegar but did not completely kill the bacteria. Adrian worked also almost two hours and it smelled of chemicals when he finished but cat pee odor gone. This was a same day emergency appointment which Heavens Best accommodated me on, the Costco mattress looks new now, it took overnight to dry but we are very pleased.
