The company I used before serviced my pool for about two months, and according to my security cameras, the technician was often on my property for less than 10 minutes total—including parking, unlocking and relocking my gate, and leaving. The technician takes the time to properly service the pool and ensure everything is done right. Last week alone, he spent nearly 20 minutes servicing my pool, and the results speak for themselves. Poolflection is an exceptionally professional company. When I first moved here 3 years ago I went with another company recommended by a neighbor and it was disappointing from the start. Most of the time the tech was seen staring at their phone. When a repair was needed due to the techs ineptness, and three weeks passed with no resolution or part, I finally fired them and Googled Poolflection. Much to my amazement, the same day I called, the owner Nick Field came to my home, analyzed the problem and found the part the next day, installed and found a few other things that were not correct. Even more amazing, Nick and his staff will actually answer the phone instead of making the customer go through some calling tree. What a great business model rarely seen these days — customer comes first - just like my dad and grandfather taught me as owners of their own businesses. Nick and team are awesome examples of how to adhere to the customer satisfaction model. If you want a reliable pool service you shouldn’t I recommend giving these guys a call. If you are looking for a good business model in the pool business or any business, emulate these folks!
