Aussie heroes! With only 4 days until Christmas and the arrival of house guests for the week, our regular pool team (of 20 years) advised there was a problem with our pump and they had no capacity to fix before Christmas.We phoned around and the Advanced Pool Care team came around that afternoon, diagnosed the problem, presented two solutions and turned up the next day to install. They then turned up a third time the following day to service the (green) pool. By Christmas Eve the pool was swimmable. Very happy customers. Will be moving our business to APC.

Mark B has been taking care of our pool and it’s never looked better. We had a cow boy in the past whose only trait was that he had a mustache. Making us upgrade our filtering system just to watch our pool turn black. Then he said we needed to drain the pool and take it off. Mark came through some chemicals in the water and over the next few weeks all the black was gone. Good on y’a advanced pool care and special mention Mark, who doesn’t say much and let’s his actions do the talking.

I am really impressed with these guys. I had a problem with my pool recently which turned out to be an expensive fix. Having understood the nature of the problem I shopped it around for the best deal. Advanced Pool Care were the only company to provide me with good advice and options. Everyone else just quoted me the big bucks to fix the problem. Not only did they give me the best price but they also did a temporary fix (at no cost) while I budgeted to get the work done properly. It's great to find a good local business with integrity and excellent customer service.

We were extremely happy with the service we received from Advanced Pool Care today. We booked in a 'get to know' your pool' service. They were able to accomodate us after business hours and kept us up to date with phone calls. We are new to the area and were thrilled with the service provided by Jackson today. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Advanced Pool care and will be going to them for all future pool needs. I find it difficult to believe that the previous poor review is legitimate when our experience couldn't be further from the case. Thank you!
