I have made online searches for a walk-in tub. I purchased one from Boca. Their pricing is a little high, but the quality that was advertised seemed better than some of the others. I like that it’s fully made in the USA. The installation went very well. We had no complaints. I like the micro bubbles. The product made things easier for me, overall. I'm disabled with mobility issues, and it makes a huge difference.

The person I bought the walk-in tub from made me interested in Boca. We love it. We wanted the bubbles to help our legs. It's great for soaking. Also, we like how fast it drains. It fills up about the same time, which is a couple of minutes. I've already told a lot of people about Boca, but nobody's interested.

My wife went to a women's luncheon, and the lady had one of Boca's tubs. I talked to her about it, and she recommended Boca. So, I called them, and they came and installed the tub. I had very good interactions with the sales and installation teams. The installers did a very good job. They were supposed to come back and do some additional work because something didn't fit. The tech said he was in Athens all the time, and next time he was in Athens, he was gonna do it, but he hadn't done it yet. We hadn’t heard from him. Other than that, the customer service was good. We were very pleased with the price. I've never used the tub and don't plan on using it. I'm a shower person. It's my wife's. We can't fill it up, so we can't really use it the way it's designed to be used because our hot water heater is not sufficient to handle it. But she can at least get in it and bathe.

Boca's sales representative was good. I also had no problems with the installation team. I like the shower part of the walk-in tub. I was gonna call Boca because we're gonna be moving, and I need another walk-in tub. So, I was going to call and see if I could get a discount because it's a second one.

My wife loves the Boca walk-in tub. She loves to sit there in the jets, go around and make the water swirl. However, I'm not thrilled with it. I prefer a shower and it's not very conducive to a shower. If you want to sit in the tub, it's great, but I don't. And we were led to believe you could adapt it to a shower. You can get the shower attachment to it and turn it to where it will pour water on you, but it doesn't work nearly as good as a regular shower does. If you're interested in a shower, Boca is not where to go. But if you're interested in a tub that does all kinds of things, the Boca would work good.
