My 1st experience with Castro Oasis was fantastic. I spoke with Luis when I arrived and was treated with professionalism, kindness and respect. He explained the details of different tint features and care after being completed. The vehicle was finished on the same day and even cleaned and detailed the outside of the vehicle. When I arrived and picked up my vehicle I didnt recognize it. The tints were perfectly placed, the vehicle was washed and cleaned for me. (Even my rims) It was just what wanted. Castro Oasis is the premier option for auto detailing in Connecticut. Luis did an incredible job on my car. He got scratches out and fixed curbed rims that I honestly thought were permanent damage.On top of that, the detailing left the car looking better than when I first bought it. Very friendly and professional staff. Process was very quick - walked in, got a quote, and scheduled my appointment a week out. On the day of the appointment, I dropped my car off and was able to pick it up same day after services were completed.I brought in my 2017 bmw x5 for an interior and exterior detailing. Beforehand the car was very dirty on the inside from years of handyman use, and had various scratches and blemishes on the exterior. After I got it back, my car looked brand new! I even got multiple compliments on how clean the inside and outside both look, and the fact that it smelled like a new car weeks after.100% would recommend to everyone, will likely be coming back in the future.

Casto Oasis is 100% the move for window tinting and excellent detail work at reasonable pricing. Brand new facility is convenient and unlike any other in the area; Luis is warm, personable and takes an interest in his customers and their vehicles; and the work is top-notch. I've used Castro for window tints and paint-correction/ceramic coating on my truck. The results were night-and-day different; 90% of scratches gone and 100% swirls gone and the truck's paint looks factory-fresh. I couldn't be happier with the work Castro Oasis Detailing Shop did on my 2024 Ford Mustang Dark Horse. The results are absolutely flawless.They performed a full paint correction before installing Ceramic Pro Paint Protection Film (PPF) on the entire front end, including the hood, fenders, front bumper, headlights, partial A-pillars, mirrors, rocker panels, and additional protection in front of the rear wheels. The attention to detail was outstanding. They wrapped the film around as many edges as possible, giving the installation a seamless, factory-like appearance with very few visible edges.Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. They kept me informed every step of the way, explained the installation process in detail, and took the time to thoroughly review how to properly maintain the PPF after delivery.When I arrived to pick up the car, they had it displayed on their 360-degree turntable, giving me plenty of time to walk around it, inspect every detail, and take photos before leaving. That extra touch really showed how much pride they take in their work and the customer experience.From start to finish, this was the best detailing and PPF experience I've ever had.
