I recently had two heat pumps and electric water heater installed by Shiptons, they removed my old oil furnace and saved my boiler system. The crew that did the work was very professional and knowledgeable. Their sales guy Dan was very helpful planning my upgrades.

We are new clients of Shiptons. From our first phone call the experience has been excellent. Prompt reply to our message, courteous and knowledgeable information was provided by Kelly and Stephanie, and yesterday we had our first AC maintenance by Kyle. He was extremely polite and clearly was very knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment of our unique situation. He even waited until his office called back for a further appointment for us. This company clearly has excellent customer service as part of its mission statement and definitely ‘walks the talk’.
