We always use Shiptons they come right away they give the best service and we just did a new furnace/ Ac they gave us the best possible price came got the work done fast and cleaned up after. I highly recommend them! They are family.owned business so they care about their customers unlike many of their competitors give them a try.you wont be sorry.They came back inn spring hooked up the AC we didnt have to call they called us to set that up they are amazing!

Just prior to the Easter weekend, I noticed that my two year old furnace was not working. I thought with it being the Easter weekend I would have difficulty getting someone to help me. I was so wrong, everyone from front line staff to repair were there to get heat into my home. Over the weekend Tech Mike came in to investigate the problem., got my furnace working but explained he would have to order a part. Service called me to explain the part would not be available until the following Monday but they arranged for a temp. part to be installed until the new part arrived. I was so happy just to have heat. I did have to call service again on Sunday due to the lack of heat but again service was immediate and Tech. Ralph who I had repair a fireplace previously contact me so I knew I was in good hands. He came by and got the heat working and came back to install the new parts that he determined were needed. I couldn't be happier my furnace is working great. Thanks to Shiptons, Ralph and Mike for all you did to ensure I had heat. I give them all 5 stars for their efforts.

Ralph was prompt, professional, thorough, and pleasant. I always get good service from Shipton’s who keep my heating and cooling equipment running well. When there’s been the rare equipment problems, they’ve stuck with them till they solved them with me. Highly recommend this local, long running family business!
