From start to finish, shipton's was A++. Dan, our sales rep, came to our home and explained everything very thoroughly to my husband and I. He took the time to listen to our wants and needs, which was completely different than the other companies we met. He even found the root cause of an issue we had for 10 years that no other AC/heater tech cared to spend time to investigate but were very quick to pass assumptions. Dan listened to our concern, investigated the issue and found the root cause of the problem, which was a complete game changer. It was then that we knew Shipton's was the right company for us. He was honest, respectful and really wanted to make us happy in delivering the best outcome. Dan, we just want to say THANK YOU! In regards to the installation of our AC and furnace, we couldn't be happier. They were kind, professional and ensured our floor was protected. They worked so hard putting the units together and answered any questions we had with no hesitation. I'm very pleased we went with Shipton's.
