I just wanted to share this for anyone looking for a really good dental office because I know how difficult and stressful it can be to find a dentist you truly trust. I hope this really helps someone (coming from a person who overthinks too much.)My family and I have been going to Polished Family Dental for a couple of years now, and we’ve consistently had good experiences!Everyone is so kind, patient, and efficient. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure we understand our dental care. The staff always takes their time explaining everything in detail, which helps me feel more comfortable and at ease.I’ve followed their recommendations, including purchasing their recommended mouthwash, and adding preventive care during my last cleaning. Since then, I’ve noticed an improvement in my dental health, and my toothache has gone away!I’ve referred several family members and friends because I KNOW this office and the AMAZING care they provide. From the staff helping me verify my insurance coverage to the dental assistants and the dentist, everyone has been kind, helpful, and WILLING to take the time to answer my questions and help as well which is a big relief!We truly appreciate the care they provide to our entire family. First off, I wanted to thank the clerk at the front—you’re all better than Chick-fil-A! 😂 You all brighten my day, and this place is awesome. Once enrollment opens, I’m moving my family here. Excellent staff and technicians. Dr. Cooks D.D.S. runs a great business. I am very comfortable in putting my dental needs in their care. I've been with him for over 10 yrs or more since their Hulen/Alta Mesa location. I recommend anyone who is looking for a reliable, caring and dependable dental company.
