Rick was absolutely amazing to work with and I can't recommend him enough!! I found him on youtube and watched his channel to stay up-to-date on current market trends in our area. Our first interaction with him was a vacant lot that we wanted to sell, and that transaction went extremely well.A few months later we were in a position to start house hunting and I didn't hesitate to reach out to Rick again.
