From the very 1st interaction to the final payment, everybody was so nice and very thorough. I worked with Alicia and Andrew. They got my daughters car in very quick and the job was done 7 days total. They answered all my questions, they even have an app that you can communicate with. The final job looks fantastic, I will use them again if I need too.

I went through TnT because someone hit me. I immediately liked them compared to other places because they explained everything they saw that needed to be done to fix my car. They were patient and very helpful with me since this was my first accident and had no knowledge on what to do. They helped me with getting my insurance on board with repairs and rental. Not only were they professional but they also had some humor which I enjoyed during this stressful time. It didn’t take them long to get the car done and boyyy does it look brand new again. I really enjoyed my experience with TNT and recommend everyone to check them out whenever you need something done to your car!! 10/10.

I had probably one of the most annoying experiences with a garage here. My car ended up needing some pretty extensive body work due to someone side swiping my parked car, and although insurance paid for it all, I couldn’t help but to feel it was a huge inconvenience for them. They had originally called to tell me it was done after two months of waiting, only to pick it up with a dead battery and a deafening grinding sound when you turned—so I brought it back to have them continue fixing the issues. Another month passed and I have sensors still broken from what they didn’t fix (they even admitted to breaking a sensor), and I was told “it’ll go away on its own, it’s just cold out”…now I’m still facing issues with what they’ve repairs and have been at another garage and am asked why the car even received work and it wasn’t just totaled. Don’t rely on them for major work I guess. The staff was super polite though.

The back hatch of our relatively new car was scratched (wide and deep) when the garage door came down it while I backed out. My first estimate was slightly higher than my (relatively high) deductible meaning the insurance would have paid very little. TNT's estimate was considerably lower than my deductible, so it saved it me money, and the body work is fantastic. The paint matches perfectly, and the back of the car looks like new.

I wish I would have never found this place or let them touch my vehicle. While they don't do a bad job of repairing body damage they do a TERRIBLE job of communicating what they are doing and what the cost will be. Received an original estimate for body damage of $1,600ish when I went to go pick it up the cost had miraculously jumped to $3,524.00. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. Mind you this was NOT ever communicated to me and they never let me know there would be an increase at all during repairs when they "found other things that were damaged." I completely understand things will be found when you open up a wrecked vehicle but don't you think you should notify the owner who will be paying for this?! The office staff has no clue what they are doing....they give you 3 different answers in the same conversation and none of them make sense. Caught Abigail in a lie when we were talking and then she quickly backtracked when I proved she wasn't being truthful. Unfortunately though they tried to work with me in the end there is too much miscommunication and mistrust for me to ever want to return to this place. I unfortunately have a bad taste left in my mouth from their outrageous pricing and ridiculous reasoning. Be aware if you decide to go with them you'd estimate could jump up without any notification!

Amazing work! Staff is super friendly and helpful. They constantly go out of their way to help. TNT constantly gives you updates on your car, is always willing to work with you on prices, are always willing to go the second mile, and will always happily fix their mistakes, which rarely happen!

I don't post a lot of reviews but when I do it's because the place is absolutely deserving of praise. This was the first time I had work done on my vehicle and from start to end TNT was professional and did an amazing job in fixing my vehicle. Absolutely top notch customer service from anyone who answers the phone there. That is what customer service is all about. Even as far as coming to my work and home as to not inconvenience me was exceptional. I 100% highly recommend TNT to anyone and everyone. Job well done TNT!!!
