My passenger side mirror mechanism took a hit and I wasn't sure it could be salvaged. I was pointed to Howard Brown & Sons and I couldn't be happier. Jonathan is an absolute gem - so pleasant and approachable. He looked at the mirror/casing and quickly diagnosed that everything was in order except for the cracked mirror. He made no effort to upsell me on more than what was needed. The part arrived quickly and he installed it and the total cost was more than fair. Should I ever have the need for auto body work, Jonathan and Howard Brown & Sons would be the first place I'd come to!

He kept it completely real with me from the start and explained that with this type of repair there’s always a chance you might still notice something after, so I really appreciated the honesty instead of getting sold on false promises.The repair turned out absolutely beautiful and I’m super happy with how it came out.
