I needed my car door replaced. I decided to go through insurance and they offered a low amount for the fix. Guy was so helpful in talking with the insurance adjuster and getting the job worked out for me. He was also very responsive to my emails. My car looks brand new and I couldn’t be happier! The quality of their work was excellent, but what impressed me even more was something they did for me for which they received absolutely no financial benefit.I had previously had collision repairs performed elsewhere and had serious concerns about the quality of that work. Brad at Howard Brown carefully inspected the car and prepared a detailed written assessment of the deficiencies he found. He did this without charging me. His professional evaluation gave me the documentation I needed to go back to the original repair facility, which ultimately undertook a substantial revision of its work.That experience told me more about Howard Brown & Sons than any advertisement could. Brad was not trying to sell me unnecessary work or persuade me to move the repair to his shop. The consultation with my insurance adjuster happened on a Tuesday, I dropped off the car Thursday, and picked the car up on Wednesday the following week.Guy, my point person at Howard Brown, was very respectful of my time and a pleasure to deal with. Great communication. I couldn't have asked for a smoother process and the car looks as good as new. Very grateful and highly recommend!

Carlos was so helpful bringing out my repaired car, everyone at this auto shop is so welcoming. Brad is incredible as a business owner. One of the nicest guys around and extremely professional.
