I've body work done on my current 2018 vehicle three times, not so lucky there, but was very fortunate have Howard Brown and Sons there for me each time. The most recent instance was to replace a damage side mirror, it was out of pocket and they went out of their way to source a recycled part to keep costs down. Carlos is a great guy, straight forward, knowledgable and is always thinking of ways to approach the job in the customer's best interests. Also, the entire team there is kind and welcoming, head-working, wonderful.

Craig Brown is the best! Since I moved to LA in 1989 (37 years ago!), unfortunately my car got damaged several times, and Craig had it repaired every time. Every single time Craig got my car repaired perfectly and on a timely basis, whether the damage was major or minor. In particular, when I got into a car accident and incurred major damage last year, Craig went out of his way to expedite the repair since I had to move to the East coast shortly to pursue a precious job opportunity. Craig is also a great guy, someone I can personally trust completely! He is sincere, honest and easy to talk to. If my car gets damaged in the future there’s no question that I’ll ask Craig to help me again! Because of Craig I recommend Howard Brown & Sons Auto Body to anyone for car repair. His late father Howard must be proud of Craig for carrying on the business all these years!

Repaired dents caused by someone backing into the door. Their estimate was much lower than two others and they completed the job for even less. It took slightly longer than expected but the result was perfect. You would never know that anything had happened. Excellent work.

I had a great experience! I needed a part replaced on my car, and they were fast, affordable, and great to work with. When I dropped off my car for repairs, I mentioned that a piece of interior plastic had come loose and asked if they could take a look and they reattached it for free. I'm so used to feeling overcharged or taken advantage of at auto shops, so I really appreciated how honest and helpful they were. They earned my trust. This is the best auto body shop on earth. I have been going there for years and Carlos is the most honest knowledgeable person. The entire shop is great friendly and my car looks brand new after they repair it from damage caused by reckless drivers in LA. I love this body shop.
