The locksmith, Johnny, was even nice enough to look at my Hyundai to validate if it had immobilizer on it at no charge. He even took the time to educate me on the different type of lock systems. We never go out of the basement walkout at our house, but need some work done that requires technicians coming in from the outside. Of course, when we need the separate keys to the inside and storm doors, we could not locate them. I usually try to price out 2-3 businesses when seeking a service, but this was a time-sensitive need. My gut told me to go with Superstar Locksmith because my wife and I like to support local small businesses when possible. What a score! Yoni (the company owner) was highly communicative and extremely professional (also very personable). My wife and I had previously tried a bunch of spare keys on the inside door with no luck, prompting the call to Superstar. That was a quick fix for Yoni, but the storm door was set up in a way that he would need to drill at extra cost. Yoni notice the pile of keys and suggested we try them on the storm door. One of them worked! He ended up saving us money on top of the already outstanding service experience. I give Superstar Locksmith my highest recommendation for your lock (auto, residential or commercial) needs.

I called Superstar on a Saturday morning and my call was quickly returned by Johnny who arranged a rather quick ETA to fix my lock considering it was a same day call, as well as a Saturday. He gave me a 20 minute courtesy call to let me know he was on his way and showed up right on time. He was professional and kind, and his expertise was obvious. I needed a whole new keypad lock put on my door and Johnny was able to do that with no issue. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a great experience in getting any locks fixed for an extremely reasonable price!

I needed a locksmith to rekey my locks and deadbolts at our home. I called two companies who to varying degrees were not at all responsive. They both promised to get back to me. I explained the job exactly: 3 doors, six deadbolts or locks... No call backs.Luckily I found Superstar Locksmith Services. Again, I was told on my initial call that someone would get back to me. This time they did and quickly. I got a call from Yoni. We agreed to meet later that day, in the early evening. Yoni was prompt and professional.We walked through my home and I showed Yoni the doors. He recommended we also do the pass through door from our kitchen to our garage and I agreed. He then worked the numbers and gave me a very fair price.The guy is a perfectionist!
