We went to the home show last weekend in Wenatchee, they had hot tubs there. I have been wanting a hot tub for many years. Jordan made it so easy. She is not your regular sales person. We got our hot tub delivered today and she was so helpful with any questions that I had. I would highly recommend if you are looking to purchase a new hot tub Jordan is your girl. Thank you again.

Wonderful purchase experience with Jordan. Super friendly and she helped us keep our kids entertained while we shopped for our tub. From start to finish our experience with Swim World has been flawless. Stopped in their showroom, and they had the exact hot tub we wanted. Within 10 minutes, the deal was done. Quick and efficient delivery to Winthrop. A few weeks later, I had a some questions regarding the electrical, and Chuck patiently answered all of them. Would recommend them without reservation!
