I have nothing but good things to say about them! I called last minute to try and get a move scheduled because the company I had hired refused to take apart and put back together my son’s loft bed. So they came at 4:30pm the same day I called after having done two moves already that day. They worked for almost 9 hours nonstop! They were polite, kind and understanding and worked hard to get my furniture, numerous boxes and tons of odds and ends moved. They were kind to me and my very tired and hyper son who wanted their attention as well. They were careful with my things and moved them into the house very quickly and carefully. They were gracious and didn’t make me feel terrible about the complete mess that my apartment was as I moved. They took apart and put together my IKEA daybed, my son’s IKEA loft bed and a bed with an underneath drawer. They also moved my deep chest freezer too. I was running late meeting them at the pick up location to load the truck and they were extremely understanding and did not charge me any extra. The owner, Will, and his team were kind professionals who got the job done in minimal time. Originally, I was not sure which moving company to go with, and did not want to base it on rates alone. So, I made sure to factor in customer service and customer satisfaction. Although he is the owner, Will made sure to answer all of my questions directly, and ensured he gave us the best rate possible. He even showed up to the job, and helped move us. Each employee made sure to show care for our items. Additionally, Clint is a truly experienced mover and kept everyone on their toes and kept spirits up.
