Done right the first time

The dashboard on my Z4 BMW was not turning on some days, making it impossible to see how fast I was going or how much gas was left. My trusty mechanic at New Age Automotive on Belvedere recommended me to Dr. Auto WPB. They were the first to diagnose the issue - even BMW missed it. Claudia was super communicative. Highly recommend Dr. Auto WPB for complex European electrical issues.

My Porsche Cayenne had a massive battery lockout issue. No mechanics in the area could solve it and the dealer wanted over 17 thousand for the repair. I called Zeke, and he told me he would see what he could do.1 week later, Zeke was able to install and program the lithium ion battery it takes, a massive process I may add and replace the starter. Now my car is starting and running beautifully.Thank you Zeke! He solved the issue, explained it professionally and invited me to the shop to see his equipment and the diag process. Great service and Great price

After a nightmare with my newly purchased car, three different shops including a dealership, and in those shops for almost six weeks, DR Auto was the one that got it fixed. And in about a week. Claudia was great and communicated effectively. I truly appreciate the work they did and bringing an end to this nightmare.

I had an ongoing Electrical issue with my car that was intermittent random times my car would not start and after changing batteries and alternators come to find out it was another issue that Zeke found and fixed. My car is running fantastic now like new. Highly recommend Zeke excellent technician does great work and diagnostic repair!!!!
