I was having lower back pain and finding no remedy. I was referred by a friend to PPT. In my first session, I received a diagnosis that was different than what I’d been hearing from my doctor. My therapist, TJ., asked a lot of great questions In the initial session and worked on my back and hip.The recommended exercise regimen has been excellent. I’m in recovery and I give a big thumbs up endorsement to PPT.

I was an active person until accumulated unhealed injuries, and lack of mobility work contributed to severe sciatica pain that made sitting, walking, and many other movements painful daily for many months. It was a long journey, and I know I still have a few more months before I’m able to perform movements such as deadlifts again, but now I can finally say pain is not my baseline. All the providers were knowledgeable about the joints and muscles and provided me at every visit a detailed description and tutorial on all the things necessary to help me in my treatments. Each week when I needed adjusting from the plan, the doctors accommodated accordingly. I will definitely be back to the practice!

I am so impressed with the quality of care and knowledge that Sarvar and TJ have displayed during my PT sessions with them. Both are very skilled in assessing and identifying my problem areas and tackling them with such consideration and care. I have had back pain for years and they both have found ways to address the pain by using taping, dry needling, manual manipulation and very workable exercise techniques. They are fabulous teachers and that is what I value the most, be it with the movable skeleton apparatus, demonstrating the muscle movements on a computer screen and using different teaching modalities. I truly am thankful for all the support and help they have given me. I sustained a serious shoulder injury 8 months ago. I have been to Sarvar for additional physical therapy as well as massage therapy with Lori. Both are exceptional with their knowledge with regard to tailoring therapy to my injury. Sarvar has created a personalized plan to increase strength as well as range of motion and with each visit the progress with both has been exceptional. Sarvar also has a fantastic “bedside manner” (I am a retired physician) and is so positive in his encouragement at each visit. I would give Personalized Physical Therapy Wellness 10 stars if that were an option!

They quickly identified and worked with me on a few issues that were impacting my activity and have made significant progress in a short time. Dr Pathan and TJ are the best. I slipped on ice and injured my scapula and could not even raise my arm. Both of them gave me great exercises to do at home but also did some manipulations at my PT appointments to help heal and help with my mobility. They are the best!
