We had a great experience with Jason and his crew! They did an excellent job building a new wall in our four-car garage, and we are very happy with the finished result. The team was personable, professional, and respectful of our property. They also did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. We really appreciate their workmanship and how smoothly everything went. We would absolutely recommend Jason and his crew to anyone looking for quality work!

We've had a couple of home maintenance projects with Jason: first, a wall repair, and later, a balcony railing painting project. Both times, we were extremely satisfied not only with the results, but also with how easy it was to work with him. Jason was professional, responsive, and very attentive to our requests.During the wall repair project, he quickly diagnosed the cause of the water stain issue on our wall and explained the recommended solution in detail. Once we agreed on the plans, he completed the repair in no time with great attention to detail. For the second project, the balcony railing painting, Jason's color match recommendation was perfect, and again, the final result was flawless.Throughout both projects, Jason took the time to ensure we were fully satisfied with the work. We would gladly work with him again in the future, and highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality painting/maintenance services.

Jason did a great job, painting our bedrooms and one bathroom. They did a drywall repair also and did an excellent job matching the texture. Couldn't be happier with the work they did.

Jason Dermanci stepped in and took over for an unresponsive contractor and quickly solved an exterior water proofing issue in one week. He is professional, timely, and communicative and I would hire him and his crews again in a heartbeat in the future.

Great experience with Jason and his crew. Communication was clear and prompt. I needed quick turnaround and Jason was able to meet my timeline. I particularly appreciated his help in color matching and picking the paint. Out of 5 painters who gave me estimates, he was the only one that tested moisture ratings in the treated lumber posts. That showed me his technical knowledge and sincere commitment to do a good job, not just paint whatever I told him to. Thanks Jason!

We had a great experience with Jason and the team at J&B Precision Painting. They removed the popcorn from our ceiling and re-textured and painted it. There were a few small issues initially (paint touch-ups needed where ceiling paint had gotten on walls, a missing ceiling fan light cover), but they were very responsive and came back to make sure everything was perfect. I'd definitely use them again.

J&B Precession Painting came highly recommended and they lived up to their reputation. We had them repaint our kitchen cabinets and remodeled bathroom. Taking the time to ensure the finished product came amazing and we couldn’t be happier. All their team were very professional from start to finish, communication was clear, and working with them was very easy.We moved some lights last minute and they went above and beyond in working with us. We will definitely be hiring them for all our future projects and highly recommend them. Thank you J&B Precision Painting!

This was an out of town landlord experience for me. We were sent an HOA directive to stain our fence the approved color. Jason set up the dates, communication was consistent and each part of the process from pressure wash to final coats was clearly defined and accomplished. No hiccups and the price was very fair. We will use again on our rental properties.

We recently discovered some wood rot around our garage door and the pillar on our front porch, so we reached out to Jason with J&B Precision Painting. Jason came out, assessed the damage, and provided us with a very fair quote. What impressed me the most was his honesty. He actually told me that I could probably find someone to do the job a little cheaper. That level of transparency and integrity is rare these days, and it's exactly the kind of person I want to do business with.Jason and his crew completed all of the repairs and matched the paint perfectly—you can't even tell there was ever an issue. Their attention to detail and quality of work were exceptional. One thing I especially appreciated was that they left us with the leftover supplies that we had paid for, just in case we ever need them in the future. It's those little things that really set them apart.I truly cannot say enough good things about Jason and his crew. Whether you need a small room painted, exterior repairs completed, or you're ready for a full makeover and a fresh new look for your home, give Jason a call. He'll handle all the hard work and have your house looking brand new again!Highly recommend J&B Precision Painting!

Made my backyard beautiful! I had built an extension to my house and didn’t like that the paint color didn’t match. I didn’t have a good idea of what I wanted it to look like, so he said he also works with a professional designer who could suggest the right colors. I was surprised at how fast and yet thorough everything was. She looked at my backyard and within 10 seconds had a great idea of color combinations of the posts and ceiling. Within 30 minutes she made a formal mock-up. The very next day his company painted everything. Because of some weird quirk with the prior wood stain and the lighting, it didn’t come out as expected after everything dried and the evening light fell on it. So he came back and immediately repainted the whole thing - which was a whole day project. Also he’s a nice guy - he got rid of a spider for me because he could tell I was scared of it.

I recently hired J&B Precision Painting to paint two areas in my home that would be difficult to paint on my own. Not only am I very pleased with the quality of the job, but Jason's customer service was excellent. I would gladly hire them for future projects.

I can’t recommend him enough! His work is truly professional, always completed on time, and he communicates every step of the way. It’s rare to find a contractor who not only delivers excellent quality but also stays fair with pricing and dependable with deadlines. He’s someone I’ll continue to recommend to others — reliable, trustworthy, and an absolute 10 out of 10.
