Used Coraza to move a one bedroom in the downtown Toronto core. Movers were really nice and fast and efficient. Took about an hour and a half tops. Also took good care of equipment that needed it. Eddi and Alberto made our move such a breeze. On-time, professional, and they worked at super-speed. Two pick-up locations and a full move-in within 6 hours. They were a huge help taking apart furniture and reassembling, and protected all our belongings well before transporting. I couldn’t recommend this company more. Ask for Eddi and Alberto. Less

I had hired them to pick up my facial massage bed delivered to my clinic on the second floor, and they arrived on time, picked it up efficiently, and even helped set it up in place. Paid 875$ for a 1-bedroom apartment. 2 guys 1 truck my boyfriend even helped them !Took them 5hours and they said over the phone should not take more than 2-3 hours and they added 2:30 hours of travel fee for a total of 7.5hours.They charged us 240$ for travel fee only, because they charge from their office.They did not mention that fee on the phone it was a fine line in the email.One star cause they did discount 15min of time to buy peace.They are professional and wrap well (almost too much as it is time consuming they even wrapped the TV mount to the point it’s absurd).UPDATE : our issue is not the quality of the job, it’s the fact that they purposely took way longer than necessary and added time with unnecessary wrapping when our things were already packed (they even took extra time to shrink wrap the dresser ?!).It added total at least 3 unnecessary hours counting travel fee.Again, we were never told on the phone we started paying the minute they left from their office, it was mentioned only once on a tiny line on the email, but it was very clear all of a sudden when it came to paying all this extra time and charges at the end of the day.
