ON NOVEMBER 13TH AT 9.45AM..I hired Hector of Corazzo movers & HIS 4 GUYS To ensure a move of MY 4 X storage units from.Millcreek missiauga to Hamilton storage ontario..Hector quoted me a rate of 250/ hour and I ended up with a bill of cad $2966 almost 3 thousand dollars to move my 4 rooms of which his guys moved only 2 rooms. The job was incomplete. The 4 x guys he sent were hardworking b3 out of thr 4 were non verbal (no English) so it was hard to communicate with them. Only 1 x spoke English But the other 3 x movers didnt...Unfortunately the line of communication was minimal and extremely difficult for my brother Wesseley to communicate with them..take note i gave them a 5th guy FREE to assist thrm with this move & sll even after having 5 movers they were still NOT ABLE to.complete moving 4 x storage rooms with 2 trucks...sadly Hector's team of 4 x guys worked all day with nothing to eat..they were hungry & were Extremely exhausted at the end of the move 8pm..HOWEVER SADLY they were Unable to complete the JOB due to one of their trucks getting into an accident with an older guy and due to the 2 x guys in the 3nd truck NOT PACKING THE TRUCK.FULLY.. due to incorrect packing of the truck..they also had a car accident resulting in 2 of my tvs being damaged with no commendation and no response from the owner Hector to date.. ..how unprofessional..and yet I paid him in full.despite the move of only 2 and a half units out of 4 x units ..the nove didnt go very well..but still the ober Refused to be accountable for the guys not completing their task..He refused to go back to move the last bit of stuff free ..he tried to charge me an extra $1000 again...the move went wrong and Hector the Owner did nothing to fix this..eas i at fault for the Truck accident which i had to still pay for the time the guys waited for the Hamilton Police to show up to do their police report..how fair is that ? Even after contacting hector he was rude saying pleaseeee stop bothering me pls....i have ny kids with ne .pls .dont call me now is not a Good time. i have my kids only call.me after.6pm....his guys eer in an accident snd ny move was delayed & his 4x his guys didnot complete the 4 rooms..He was Unethical in his business dealings with & shying away from refusing to be fully accountable for incomplete work...he did WRONG By Not addressing this with his guys immediately or trying to Remedy the loss of time..however he still continued to be defensive towards me and he was extremely hostile & rude .. i hired him remotrly as i live in Alberta ..and thus is what he did to me..a client with 4 x rooms for him To move..he just continued to simply brush me off declinig my calls then rudely shouting At me. I felt humiliated..what type of customer service is he providing and why isnt Any of the clients speaking out..he eas very rude and very hostile towards me...there was NO formal.apology or compensation for the loss of my 2 TV units I've. 50 inch tvs ...IN MY OPINION CORASSO IS THE WORST NOVING COMPANY IN TORONTO..they were not accepting liability for my time lost and ny 2 broken tvs ... Hector robbed me of my time...made empty promises to.comolete ALL 4 ROOMS THEY ONKY COMPELTED 2 &A HALF ROOMS :THEY FAILED TO DELIVER BUT STILL.FORCED ME TO PAY IN FULL..my hard earned money. & Added extra HOURS which were Not my fault...i paid a total of cad $2966 to move these units and his 4 x Guys with 2 x 26 footer trucks only nanaged to move 2 units ..one 10 x 15 and one 10 x 30...imagine instead of an agreed total of 4.. Hector was rude and unprofessional towards me from the Get go. He gave a different rate from his staff at the office and Billed.me extra hours instead of being accountable for the accident..loss of time..his guys not completing 4 rooms & . Plus damages DO NOT USE CORASO MOVERS AGAIN...THE OWNER WAS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES .LIKE WHO PAYS $2966 TO ..MOVE 2 X ROOMS..TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.THE TEAM OF 4 FAILED TO PACK TIGHT DUE TO FATIGUE AND THEY FAILED TO COMPELTE THEIR JOB ..SADLY DO NOT USE THEM AGAIN!!!!! These guys did an amazing job! Everything was meticulously wrapped, and they were fast and efficient. Out of all the other moving companies I had called, these guys had a better price than all of them. Will definitely be using them again. Highly recommended! Less
