Sometimes you are just lucky enough to meet the right person at the right moment. We met Melinda Kaiser at an Open House while browsing for ideas for a remodel that wasn't going quickly or well. She spent the time with us to learn what we were actually interested in, the kind of house we wanted to own and how we viewed different types of properties. She never wasted our time, she stayed in contact without crowding us and we developed a very good working relationship with her. When it became obvious out remodeling project would never work out, she assured us she could market and sell our 10-acre property, complete with its 1960's era house, in very short order.
