Once I filled out my paperwork and was checked in I was offered complimentary water & coffee. Nice touch I was called back by Tiffany ( I think that was her name) Heather's assistant. She asked me a few questions about what I was interested in doing that day ( Botox, Filler) and when or if I'd had injections before. She then excused herself from the room and said Heather would be with me shortly. I waited about 10 min before Heather my esthetician walked in. She was kind, warm and gorgeous. All the things you would want from someone who was about to stick a needle in your face several times. She was highly knowledgeable and actually talked me out of filler. Which made me feel confident she wasn't just after a sale. I was very pleased with her ability to listen to my concerns, provided great recommendations and her ability to administer the Botox was virtually painless! Dr Neville Campbell happens to be one of the best finest, educated, sympathetic pain management doctor I have ever met in my entire life. He saved mine! The only problem now is he is growing so big that he does not have time to call back on important issues. The Buffalo office which I've been going to since day one is a mess. Henderson office does well however, the PA for Dr Neville Campbell should never hang up on a patient six times. I'm only posting this because we need issues resolved and I've never ever had a problem resolving them at this office and lately, I've had lots of issues. But this will never stop me from going to his office or sending over 200 patients or so to him. I was probably one of his first patients and will continue because it is not his fault he does not know what's going on and needs to know. But if you are a person who is going through any kind of pain whether it be back neck shoulders I will tell you right now you will not be sorry seeing Dr Campbell himself or his wife who I call Mrs Dr Campbell. So don't let this letter stop you from going because I'm having an issue it's not his fault, because he does not know what's going on. In all seriousness he is one of the finest pain management doctors here in Vegas who does not push pills on you I love his Alternatives and how he works with you one on one. I know that he is growing so big that he doesn't have time to see everyone so he does have a lot of nurses assistance or doctor assistance. Try and get him for your first appointment at least and then I would suggest follow up with Dr Fabiola who is probably one of the best ones that runs the Buffalo office however cannot resolve situations without Dr Campbell.
