We called to schedule appointment for John Ross specialist with heating and cooling property management for Ashton Britt Service Company, Inc . he came out, gave us an estimate and a time for the installation, which was a matter of a few days.The installation started at 9:30 and was completed 5:00 after breaking for a short lunch, leaving no mess behind was installed inside and out and working by the end of the day. The guys installing the unit were very knowledgeable to the system, explained to us how to work the system. cool vs heat etc. we are so pleased with our system, and it should work to heat/cool the main house, avg. around 1200 sf. We want to thank the guys who installed the system as well as John Ross., for a job well done.
