We couldn’t be more pleased with the prompt and efficient service we received from Ashton Britt. John came out right away to inspect our system and he immediately saw that we had a major problem. Within a couple of days Jordan and his team arrived and within two days our system was fixed like it should’ve been in the first place. Ashton Britt put in a new Trane heat pump system last summer for us. We have been very pleased with it. John Ross was the salesman and did a great job with setting up installation and making sure everything was done well and that we were satisfied. Our electric bills have decreased every month since we have had it compared to our old system. And it operates very quietly which is a huge improvement from our last system.We had our first maintenance done on the system today. Cory came and completed it. We are very impressed with him. Cory was on time, very competent, and helpful in answering all of my questions. He is a huge asset to Ashton Britt.

These guys are awesome! We had to replace an entire system, and they got it done in a day. Much better pricing than another company we had come out. The service men showed a great deal of attention and kindness. Since our ac was out, they gave us an air conditioning unit to use in the meantime. I called on a Monday morning at 8:30am as our ac unit started leaking out into the floor on Sunday. They were able to get someone here by 9am. He walked in and was immediately able to tell what he problem was and had it fixed by 9:50. They will be my heat and air company from now on.

We heard a pop and the AC shut off. The thermostat went dead and I could See a burnt area. I thought about replacing the thermostat myself, but decided to call Ashton Britt as I suspected there was more to it than that. Cory came by the next day and sure enough, there were several issues. Repairing one thing lead to another including burnt wires. I was glad I called and Cory spent all afternoon to be sure it was fixed and running.
