Alex was very informative, helpful, and made sure we understood everything throughout the process. We actually had more damage than we first expected, but Alex was still able to take care of everything and complete the job as promised. I finally found a company, I can trust. I had been looking for two years for a contractor or stucco person to fix the stucco and wood repair on my house.I called 8 different companies, several came out to give an estimate and I never heard back from them , ignored my calls etc..I was worried my house would collapse.Times have changed, I have lived here for 26 years and we never had problems finding good people.While looking through Next Door Neighbor, I noticed Alex from Stonetree Construction LLC.He would intelligently answer questions from people on next door. I had just used a couple who advertises on next doorand had bad experiences with them, so was a little hesitant. But glad I called, he had the stucco people out and they were finished in two days,and they did a wonderful job. I would never have gotten this company out on my own since they are so busy.If Alex can't do it , he goes above and beyond to find someone who can. He is also very meticulous, the fascia board he replaced was flush with the other older board, when he took down the gutter and aluminum pool screen for me he stacked the pieces neatly, and offered to haul then away.He takes the headache away from the time consuming task of calling around, trying to find someone.Would definitely recommend him.

If you live in Tampa, you know it’s almost impossible to get a contractor to show up. Alex returned our calls promptly and gave us a fair estimate for our kitchen remodel.
