Smallish and undersized store that is poorly designed and usually terribly busy and crowded. Very difficult to get a park, and long queues to checkout. And just to make it harder, they repack shelves when the store is busiest. Needs improvements to management. Best to avoid, if you can, and find a quieter store, with easier access and parking.

Currently here at the property 4/27. This hotel is about 1hr from airport. Rooms are extremely tiny and a wondeful view of the parking lot and the dumpster ( sounds like a dream- right?)- lots of promises to move from registration- that only end up with disappointment and Lies from LaTai, and with only excessive options to get you to spend more money to upgrade from Brooke. Hotel is definitely not worth the hype. Overpriced. Long lines to get checked in. Our room was located near a non working elevator. And there were only 2 elevator that are slow working in the building. Also next to out room- loud construction noise. Located INSIDE the hotel and a knocking sound located near our room! We couldnt open the balcony- because employees are smoking below near the dumpsters. What a nightmare--- and these people still wouldn't accommodate us with a move. The hotel service is subpar. Watered drown drinks. Dont recommend. There many other resorts on the island- this one is NOT worth the hype. Hilton has several properties near by as well, other better properties.

They need to train their front desk staff on customer service.
