An incredibly talented group of professionals who are key in the successful launch of a business. Without them, it would have been very challenging to execute within my desired timeline. Michael’s resources and contacts are key.The program itself has a lot of good information and you can leverage experience from the cohort. Main method of day to day communication is through Slack, which helps to quickly address questions but can be challenging when there is a need to address nuanced issues. To address nuanced issues, the team uses recorded looms for more hands on guidance, which is very helpful. The team mobilized for a hands call when I had an urgent issue that Loom could not adequately address. Michael’s team is extremely responsive to all of our questions. They provide a well structured approach to assist with market selection, connection to mortgage lenders, and brokers. They perform property underwriting and help with post-closing steps. It is a plan that has helped us with all aspects of purchasing and establishing our STR. We have yet to go live but are happy with the process so far and are excited about our purchase. The resources in the academy are also very helpful.
