I live in a rental property and these guys do the plumbing for the owners.. Let me tell you something, these guys not only show up when they say they will, but if they can’t make it, they will call and let you know. Secondly, their quality of work is definitely stellar, They have been out a few times, and fixed drainage issues, faucets and sinks.. I was not aware, but I just talked to the owner and found out that the young man that comes out is his son. With that being said, I wanted to write a review, as Blake is the one that has came out every time and this young man is very respectable and Seems to understand that building relationships with your “clients” and communicating is very important because he does just that.. I’ve been in sales for 15 years and now a business owner myself and I go by “Clients are going to buy off VALUE, “customers” are going to buy off price.. myself, I’ll take value over price any day.. Well done Pacific Plumbing, You have a good one with Blake 👊🏽
