amazing food and ambiance!!

We don't have any Ethiopian food in our city so it's always a special treat for us when we travel to cities that do have it. The place we normally visit in the Phoenix area has closed down ... So we tried Kare and it was wonderful! We will definitely return next time we're in these parts.

Got to love an old school Ethiopian restaurant. Food was stellar.

I went to this restaurant yesterday and ordered the veggie and meat combo at 5 PM! We immediately got sick from the food, contacted the restaurant and left a message for the manager. They never called me back. Save your money and don’t go there 😷🤢

Delicious vegetarian food! Outstanding coffee roasted on site.

If you like strong flavors I recommend giving this place a try.Staff is very friendly and can help you choose what to order. Also the honey ginger lemon drink is so good! Coffee was great, and they give a lot of it (I refilled that small cup 6 times).

Amazing Ethiopian food!

Solid Ethiopian spot. Homemade honey wine was delicious and we got the meat & vegan combo for 3 people. It was so delicious, we could have ate more. Service was good and they were so kind. Place feels very authentic.

Just incredible food! The music was calming and the lady working the restaurant was very kind! I shared the Meat and Vegan Combo with my mom and sister, and everything on the plate blew me away!
