Kaittlin came out and inspected our roof after a recent storm. Even though there was minimal damage, she did note an area that felt soft which was nice to know as our roof was replaced about 3 years ago. She gave pointers on what next steps may look like to see about warranty items on our roof. While she was up there, she even got down a kids bracelet that was stuck up on the roof. Overall very professional, and detailed orientated. I will keep versacon in mind for any remodeling/ home improvement projects that come up!
