The woman working nightshift was very nice and very knowledgeable. HOWEVER, your location does not have enough staff at night for the amount of traffic going through there. Having 9+ people in a small area waiting for over 20 minutes to even get into the back is ridiculous. The owners need to add another night shifter. That poor woman is running her butt off trying to get through everyone before they get too impatient. Do better!

If I could rate zero stars I would. I just went to go pick up an online order and used the ATM after confusion on pricing and inventory the ATM gave me $21 instead of the $40 I requested and then didn't give me a receipt for proof of transaction. I'M SORRY WHY DOES YOUR ATM HAVE DOLLAR BILLS IN IT FIRST OF ALL? They refused to give me the money that was charged to my account and said it was my fault. How is it my fault when your ATM doesn't give receipts? Why would I lie when there are a million cameras in that room? Guaranteed if we looked on the cameras you would be able to see me pull away $21 out the ATM instead of two $20's. And yet I was treated like I was lying to them. I HAVE PROOF OF THE ATM TRANSACTIONS ON MY PHONE. That is so shady shit right there. I have been a customer here for over 2 years and can't believe the audacity to not give me my money back when it's literally pocket change compared to their million dollar store. It's highly disappointing and I won't be returning.

Owner is cheap. Bought a $60 cart here that stopped working after about 10 hits. No refunds since outside 48 hours due to owners policy so I’m out $60. The guy told me to contact the manufacturer, well RVRS has no website or any online presence at all, no number, no customer service. I’m just broke with no product now. Never going here again.
