Update: Like the other updated reviews, I want to make it known that Twin Peaks (owned by Yuma) is invested in making things right for their patrons. Ryan is very kind, concise, and knowledgeable on the policies and brought me up to speed in a considerate way. I'll be back in for another try and I really really appreciate feeling heard in my frustration as a customer. While I may have had a not so great experience, I would encourage others to try this spot, as they're committed to a good experience long term.2nd update: Went in again, and glad I did. They really do want to do right by their customer base, one-off's just happen.I bought a cart on Sunday, put it on my pen Monday night, it leaked all over my vape and headphones in my pocket Tuesday morning. Called in and got the equivalent of "that sucks", called in later and the budtender I spoke to was chill, but said it was outside of the time frame they can do anything. Went to speak with the manager anyways, the budtender that answered ran them down on what was happening and from the get go they seemed uninterested, so I just decided to let it go and hop off the phone.Called Kind Care 10 minutes down the road, that I also frequent, and their policy is about a month for a defective cart, so heads up for that if you're the type to use pens predominantly like me.
