Although I didn't end up selecting Fire Water for our event I wanted to highlight the excellent customer service that Alan provided. He exemplifies great customer service with his great personality and taking time to really breakdown options to curate a plan that works for you and your party.

Alan was great from the moment I asked him for a quote to the day of our event. He was responsive and willing to answer every question I had. I decided to go with the Premium package. Very reasonably priced and he took care of EVERYTHING! All 3 of the bartenders were great and really kept the drinks flowing. I highly recommend them. Thank you again!

Alan and his team were wonderful to work with from start to finish. They arrived on time, were professional, and provided exceptional service throughout our event. We had several specific requirements, and the team was incredibly accommodating and adapted seamlessly to everything we needed. They paid close attention to presentation and made sure the bar setup and service reflected the look, feel, and standards of our company. The entire team was friendly, polished, and a pleasure to work with. Truly top-tier service, and we would absolutely recommend them for future events.

Fire water bars, they were referred to me by Friends, and it was outstanding from the gecko. They got me assistance at the last minute Michael was absolutely outstanding during my mother's birthday weekend celebration. From beginning to end, he was professional, attentive, proactive, and incredibly conscientious. During a hectic party weekend, he stayed calm, organized, and always one step ahead, anticipating what was needed before anyone even had to ask. What really stood out was his work ethic -- he never stood around idle and was constantly looking for ways to help and improve the flow of the event. His excellent English and communication skills made everything smooth and stress-free, especially while coordinating with guests and handling different requests throughout the party. Michael truly embodies everything you would hope for in someone assisting with an important family celebration. He helped make the weekend feel seamless and enjoyable, allowing us to focus on celebrating my mother's special day. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, hardworking, and exceptional service. Thank you again, Michael, for helping make such a memorable weekend even more special! Thanks so much. We look forward to using your service again in the future Sarah.
