Very, very impressed with how fast, friendly and responsive this company was. We needed a new rearview window. Called the actual car dealership and safelight and both said it would be an extensive wait period (1.5 weeks). My husband made a call to Onyx and they were able to get me in and out in under 3 hours, same morning we made our initial call!! This made my day SO much less stressful than I thought it was going to be. I would not hesitate to reach out to Onyx again for any window replacement needs! Thank you SO much!
