Treatment room was very hot and noisy, left early. Got a hot flush on my face because of the heat after the treatment. It’s the opposite of relaxation. And the therapist was 10 mins late and did not even know which treatment I chose. Disappointed.

We had a couples massage at Floatwell in Cambridge, and it was a genuinely relaxing and enjoyable experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was calm and soothing, and the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable right away. The massage itself was very well paced and deeply relaxing, with therapists regularly checking in to make sure everything felt right. We were clearly guided through the process with a helpful introduction and debrief, which made the whole experience feel supportive and well thought out. The refreshments were a lovely touch too. Overall, a great place to unwind. I would definitely recommend the experience.

Had the most amazing massage here today, couldn’t recommend enough! It’s a lovely environment and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Felt so comfortable the whole time and can’t wait to come back again.

From the moment you walk through the door you immediately feel the sense of calm. James and Freya make you feel very welcome. To date I have used the infrared sauna, top notch equipment, private room, spotlessly clean.

Our first time at Floatwell and we had an amazing experience! From the moment you enter, the place is very calming and peaceful. We had a couples massage booked and had Freya and Rugile as our massage therapists. Both were excellent in their own ways, I appreciated Freya’s attentiveness to the areas I asked for focus and I left extremely relaxed and revived. My partner also left feeling very relaxed thanks to Rugile. Highly recommend!

I rang today on the off chance of getting a booking as I have had neck pain causing a headache for a few days. They had a tank free so went straight from work. Everyone I met was really friendly and the float was amazing. I couldn’t believe it when the hour was up, it went so quickly. The tank seemed wider and longer than I’ve been in before so didn’t knock on the sides! Feeling very relaxed and will definitely go back soon. Money well spent.
