Our first time at Floatwell and we had an amazing experience! From the moment you enter, the place is very calming and peaceful. We had a couples massage booked and had Freya and Rugile as our massage therapists. Both were excellent in their own ways, I appreciated Freya’s attentiveness to the areas I asked for focus and I left extremely relaxed and revived. My partner also left feeling very relaxed thanks to Rugile. Highly recommend!

I rang today on the off chance of getting a booking as I have had neck pain causing a headache for a few days. They had a tank free so went straight from work. Everyone I met was really friendly and the float was amazing. I couldn’t believe it when the hour was up, it went so quickly. The tank seemed wider and longer than I’ve been in before so didn’t knock on the sides! Feeling very relaxed and will definitely go back soon. Money well spent.

I’ve wanted to do a float for a long time and finally took the plunge with a gift voucher for Xmas. It’s been a really great experience, it takes some getting used to being in complete silence. But love it.

The 60 minute massage therapy I had is defo one of the best! I couldnt praise my therapist, Rigula ( i hope i had it right) enough. I felt that all thevtesion from my body escaped, it was so relaxing that I even drifted away! Would definitely come back!

We love our visits to the IR Sauna we affectionately call the "hot box". Everything is nice and clean, they have nice touches like chromotherapy and Bluetooth included, with aromatherapy on offer too. James and Freya excel and making a homey and welcoming atmosphere.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Easy site booking, easy to find with free convenient parking. Calm energy from the moment I walked it, relaxing smells and sounds just set the tone. I was greeted by James who was so friendly and welcoming. Floating for an hour was just wonderful, weightless, relaxing and a complete switch off from life. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to go again.

Approached with a little trepidation for my first float, but was welcomed with a clam and serene experience. Was worried about claustrophobia but could control and enjoy my experience without worry. Absolutely surprised how the time melted away and how soothed I felt.Booking my next float right now.

Lovely setting, parking is so convenient and relaxing atmosphere. My husband and I had a much needed relaxing few hours having AI massage, infrared Sauna and floatation. Freya was so welcome and knowledgeable. I was anxious about the floatation but drifted off nicely and feel so chilled, hoping for a good nights sleep, thank you, we will be back
