This is the first clinic I've been to where the doctor explained every detail thoroughly - including the advantages, disadvantages, and possible outcomes of the procedures she recommended. She answered all of my questions honestly, explained why she doesn't recommend certain treatments, and suggested better options instead. You can really tell that she genuinely cares about her patients and isn't just focused on making money, which makes it so much easier to trust her advice.The clinic's cleanliness is exceptional. While you may not find extravagant decorations like in other aesthetic clinics, the atmosphere here is incredibly comfortable, relaxing, and welcoming. It truly makes you feel at ease.I will definitely continue coming back to this clinic and highly recommend it.

I started going to Healthpoint after a recommendation from my mom. No other clinics in Kelowna offer ultrasounds for filler, so this was a huge selling factor for me! Dr. Steph did my first ever Botox and filler, we were working on masseter muscles and some balancing of the chin/lips. I think another thing the clinic does right is the before/after photos. It can be super easy to not notice little changes when you see yourself daily, but the photos help A LOT. I’m also someone who has a phobia of needles, and I don’t feel very anxious here for some reason! Not complaining. The ladies at the front desk are always kind and helpful as well during our interactions! Definitely recommend Healthpoint for safe, and natural looking cosmetic results!
