I bought s brasero from about a week ago and it just arrived today! Unfortunately it was a little banged up and had some dents probably from the shipping , i emailed them about the issue and with in 5 minutes i received a phone call from the owner letting me know how sorry he was and that he would send me another brasero he was very apologetic and for something that probably wasn't his fault , you can tell he takes pride in his product and wants to ensure the customer receives the best , if your in the market for some good braseros or grills definitely hit them up , thank you for your service and awesome work you do . Awesome experience. The parilla I ordered was received before the estimation date, the package was outstanding, very well packed and received my grill in prefect conditions (I lived in Dallas -TX area and received in less than 5 days). The quality of the parilla is top rate and love using it. I had a small issue with one of the accessories that was promptly resolved by Choly's team (they have responded my email in hours).
